Puppy City Holdings Inc. offers several delivery options to ensure your puppy arrives safely and comfortably. All travel arrangements are scheduled based on the puppy’s age, health, and readiness as determined by the breeder and veterinarian. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to weather, transportation availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will receive communication regarding travel arrangements once the puppy is ready to leave the breeder.

Pickup – $0 (free)
Customers may pick up their puppy directly from the breeder at no additional cost. Pickup must be scheduled in advance to ensure the puppy is prepared for release.

Pampered Ground Delivery – $799 (due later)
Your puppy will be transported by ground to the location nearest you using a care-focused transportation partner. This option provides a comfortable, supervised ground travel experience.

Airpanion Airport Delivery – $1199 (due later)
Your puppy will fly to the nearest major airport in-cabin with an Airpanion chaperone. This option ensures the puppy travels with a trained professional at all times.

Breeder Meetup – $0 (custom quote)
A scheduled meetup can be arranged between the breeder and customer. Fees vary depending on the breeder, travel time, and location.

Delivery fees listed above are paid separately and are not due at the time of puppy purchase unless otherwise stated.

Puppy City Holdings Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by transportation partners, airlines, airport conditions, or logistics providers. Delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund of the puppy purchase. Customers are responsible for any travel requirements for international transport, including documentation, health certificates, or vaccination requirements. Some breeds may face airline restrictions and may be limited to ground or chaperoned travel options.

Once your puppy’s travel date is confirmed, you will be provided with travel details. If any changes occur before delivery, you will be notified as soon as possible.
